FAQs

What time does the tour begin?

The tour begins at 1pm and ends at 5pm. In-person ticket sales will begin at 1pm at Holy Rosary - St. John’s Church located at 648 S. Ohio Ave. In-person ticket sales will end at 3:30pm.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in the lot behind the church. If you prefer to drive to the houses you may also park on the street, but we cannot guarantee that there will be parking spots available.

What if it rains?

Grab an umbrella! The event will be held rain or shine. Even in the rain the boulevard is lovely to walk through, and homes will be as accommodating as possible for umbrellas and wet shoes.

Can I bring a stroller?

Children are welcome, but please do not bring strollers into homes. Children ages 10 and above must pay full admission price. Children 9 and under are free.

Is the list of homes and gardens the same as previous tours?

We try to bring you new homes and gardens every year to enjoy. This year there will also be various additional neighborhood features.

Is photography allowed?

Since you will be touring private homes and gardens, please ask each homeowner for permission.
